Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the MyCommercePartner website. Specific consulting engagements may also be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, or agreement.

Website information

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not create a consulting relationship by itself.

Diagnostic requests

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or a specific result. MyCommercePartner may decline requests that are outside its service fit or capacity.

No performance guarantee

Marketplace performance depends on demand, competition, pricing, inventory, seller performance, platform changes, and other factors outside MyCommercePartner’s control. We do not guarantee revenue, sales, rankings, traffic, or advertising outcomes.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate product, catalog, account, and business information; reviewing work before publication; maintaining required permissions; and complying with marketplace rules and applicable law.

Intellectual property

MyCommercePartner retains rights to its pre-existing methods, templates, and general know-how. Ownership and permitted use of engagement-specific deliverables will be described in the applicable written agreement.

Third-party platforms

eBay, Amazon, Stripe, Google, and other third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. MyCommercePartner is not responsible for platform availability, policy changes, account decisions, or third-party service failures.

Independent status

MyCommercePartner is an independent consultancy and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc. or Amazon.com, Inc.
