When you request a diagnostic, we may collect your name, work email, company, public eBay store URL, catalog size, product category, optional revenue range, preferred next step, and the marketplace challenge you describe.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, authentication, payment processing, or business operations. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their function.

Account and payment information

Client dashboard authentication may use configured identity providers. Payments for any active subscription or service are processed by Stripe; MyCommercePartner does not store full payment-card details.

Retention and security

We retain business inquiries and client records only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, and legitimate business operations. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
