MyCommercePartner LLC (“we,” “us”) runs mycommercepartner.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the site and how we use it.
What we collect
When you request a free marketplace check, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, website or store link, and the product you want checked. We don’t ask for payment details or seller account passwords through this site.
Our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to operate and secure the site.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It doesn’t use cookies or track you across other sites, and it reports only aggregated data such as pages viewed, referring sites, country, and device type.
How we use it

- To reply to your questions and follow up about our services
- To keep the site secure and working
We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who processes it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and deliver email, including our website host (Vercel) and our email delivery provider (Resend). They process information only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond and to manage any working relationship that follows, then delete them when they’re no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing the address below. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we won’t treat you differently for using them.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 16.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
